Ford Fest, one of the highlights of the UK motoring calendar, is back for a fourth year as thousands of cars, and people, descend on the iconic Santa Pod Raceway at the end of September.

Since launching back in 2015 Ford Fest, sponsored this year by EBC Brakes, has continued to get bigger and better and 2018 promises to be the best yet, with Ford enthusiasts from all over the country migrating to Northamptonshire to feast their eyes on some of the brand’s best-loved models.

From Anglias to RS’s, Cortinas to Capris and Mondeos to Mustangs, if it’s a Ford with a following you’ll find it there as young and old come together for a jam-packed day of interactive fun.

As well as having the chance to admire the cars on show, visitors will once again have the chance to take their vehicle up the world-famous, and newly-relaid, Santa Pod drag strip with the ‘Run What Ya Brung’ feature.

For just £20 you can take on the quarter-mile strip up to four times on the day, but if you’d rather not get behind the wheel then there’s plenty going on. Two of the UK’s leading Ford magazines, Fast Ford and Classic Ford, will be bringing a selection of past, present and feature cars while you’ll also be able to grab the latest issue, pick up some exclusive merchandise and benefit from some show-only subscription offers.

One of the new features for 2018 gives visitors the opportunity to channel their inner F1 mechanic with the Nankang Tyres Tyre Challenge, where they’ll have to change a wheel in the quickest time possible using tools provided, with the overall winner announced at the end of the day.

For those who have always dreamed of seeing their car on a magazine cover Blue Pig Photography are back again them that very chance. For £40 they’ll snap your vehicle from its best possible angles and produce a special Fast Ford or Classic Ford magazine cover for you to take away, while the famous Show and Shine is back for another year too.

If you think your car deserves a place in the spotlight you can enter it now, with some fantastic prizes on offer and a chance to have your pride and joy displayed in the prestigious Show and Shine paddock.

Visitors can of course display as part of a club or for just £2 extra you can add an individual exhibitor pass to your ticket, and if you are looking to pick up some accessories you can head to the retail village where the leading names in the Ford scene will be on hand with some exclusive offers and discounts.

Ford Fest, at Santa Pod on September 30th, is part of a family of Ford events celebrating Europe’s love for the famous brand and tickets are now available to book online via the official website, at Ford Fest, with a range of camping and advanced purchase options available.
