If you want to display your car at FordFest 2025 and be a part of the show, then you’ve come to the right place to purchase either your club tickets or individual display passes.
Want to be a part of the show? We know how much time and effort you’ve put into your car, it’s your pride and joy. And while most of us won’t admit it, getting compliments on your build not only brings a smile to your face, but reminds you it’s all worth it. So why not show your car off at the UK’s biggest Ford event, where like-minded folk can take inspiration from your build, strike up a conversation on your modifications or potentially bag yourself a prize from one of the multiple club and display car awards at FordFest 2025. This is what car culture is all about, sharing advice, building friendships and above all, enjoying our cars.
You’ll find all the information you need below on how you can book your display passes, whether you’re already part of a club or thinking of creating your own club for the event. And best of all? Even if you aren’t part of a car club, you can enjoy the same benefits of displaying your modified Ford within our FordFest show by booking into our Special Display area. This area groups together those who aren’t part of a club to form their own unique display. And who knows, perhaps you’ll meet new friends here and create your own car club for next year’s show!

Club Tickets
How to book a club stand
Club Admin: You will need to register your club to receive your club code for your members. You will be sent the code immediately to your email. Each member can then add the code to their booking to access your club tickets.
Club Members: If you have your club code from your club admin you can go ahead and book your tickets.
Don’t have your club access code? Contact your club admin directly to get your code so you can proceed with booking your tickets.
Club Booking Deadline: Monday 25th August 2025. We reserve the right to stop club bookings when we hit capacity. Last year we sold out so recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

- Early Bird Club Driver & Vehicle Pass** – £17. Includes: Entry for the driver and vehicle – Free Official FordFest Show Guide, collected at the show.
- Early Bird Club Adult Passenger Ticket** – £17. Includes: Entry for passengers within the vehicle – Free Official FordFest Show Guide, collected at the show.
- Club Child Ticket – Under 14s free, up to 4 per paying adult.
- Club Camping Pitch – £30: Make a weekend of it and camp with your club at Mallory Park. Camping pitches include passes for 2x adults and 3x children. To see our camping Terms and Conditions please click here. Camping tickets do not include entry to the show, you will also need an entry ticket.

Special Display
Not part of a club but would still love to display your car? Well panic not! We offer drivers who aren’t part of a club the opportunity to display their car within the Special Display area at the FordFest event which will be located within the circuit for just £5 on top of your entry ticket! As long as your car is a Ford, you will be guaranteed a spot within the Special Display area. As well as getting to show off your car to the thousands of visitors, you also get early access to beat the queues and get settled in for the show.
Ford Fair Special Display Vehicle Pass: £10*
You will be asked to input your vehicle make, model and reg when you purchase your pass. This pass allows entry for the vehicle only.
