Display Your Car At Classic Japfest

Brought to you by the team behind Japfest Silverstone, Classic Japfest is a celebration of those iconic Japanese machinery that got you hooked on car culture. If you want to display your car at Classic Japfest 2025, then you’ve come to the right place to purchase either your club tickets or individual display passes.

How to book a club stand

    • Club Admin: You will need to register your club to receive your club code for your members. You will be sent the code immediately to your email. Each member can then add the code to their booking to access your club tickets.
    • Club Members: If you have your club code from your club admin you can go ahead and book your tickets. Don’t have your club access code? Contact your club admin directly to get your code so you can proceed with booking your tickets.
    • Club Booking Deadline: Wednesday 24th September 2025. We reserve the right to stop club bookings when we hit capacity. Last year we sold out so recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Club Ticket Prices

Please note that all display cars must be at least 20 years old (registered before 2005). 

Saturday October 4th Only:

          • Display passes for Saturday are now sold out.
          • Club Adult Passenger Ticket £30* Includes: – Entry for passengers within the vehicle on Saturday, October 4th.
          • Club Child Ticket: FREE Aged 0-13, maximum 4 per paying adult.

*All tickets are subject to a booking fee.

Sunday October 5th Only:

          • Club Driver & Vehicle Pass £20* Includes: – Entry for the driver and vehicle on Sunday October 5th.
          • Club Adult Passenger Ticket £20* Includes: – Entry for passengers within the vehicle on Sunday October 5th.
          • Club Child Ticket: FREE Aged 0-13, maximum 4 per paying adult.

*All tickets are subject to a booking fee.

Weekend (October 4th & 5th):

          • Weekend Pass – Saturday Club Passenger (no car pass) and Sunday Club Driver Entry & Vehicle Pass £35* includes:
            (This ticket includes entry on Saturday as a passenger in a club car or through the main public entry gate (no car on display Saturday) and for the driver and the vehicle on Sunday only. DO NOT purchase this ticket if you are not displaying a vehicle with your club on Sunday.) 
          • Club Adult Passenger Ticket £35* Includes: – Entry for passengers within the vehicle on October 4th & 5th.
          • Club Child Ticket: FREE Aged 0-13, maximum 4 per paying adult.

Club Rewards – Sunday Only

For 2025, we’re rewarding the car clubs that support us each year in strong numbers. To qualify, all you need to ensure is that your club has a minimum of 25 cars on display on the Sunday (October 5th)* at Classic Japfest and the club will receive £100. Should you bring along 50 cars, it’ll receive £200 and if the club have more than 100+ cars on display at the show, it’ll get the top award, £300. The funds can then be used to purchase items that will benefit the car club going forward. All we ask is that you share with us how you intend to use the money once you qualify for your reward; we want to ensure that the whole car club benefits from it. We will be contacting all clubs that qualify for a reward after the event.

    • 25-49 cars: £100
    • 50-99 cars: £200
    • 100+ cars: £300

*This reward scheme applies to car club displays on Sunday, October 5th, only due to limited club car capacity on Saturday, October 3rd.

Special Display at Classic Japfest

Not part of a club but would still love to display your car? Well, panic not! We offer drivers who aren’t part of a club the opportunity to display their car within the Special Display area at the Classic Japfest even,t which will be located within the circuit for £10! As long as your car is Japanese and registered before 2005, you will be guaranteed a spot within the Special Display area. As well as getting to show off your car to the thousands of visitors, you also get early access to beat the queues and get settled in for the show.

Classic Japfest Special Display Vehicle Pass:

  • Sunday Special Display Vehicle Pass: £10 (excludes public entry ticket)
  • Weekend and Saturday Special Display: Sold Out

You will be asked to input your vehicle make, model and reg when you purchase your pass. You will need to purchase a public entry ticket in addition to a special display vehicle pass for entry into the show. Head over to our public tickets page for more information.
