THE EDITOR SAYS:

Using a conventional torque wrench is OK, but some have scribed markings on the handle that are difficult to read (and set). Using an electronic torque wrench makes setting the target torque value so much easier. Upon tightening, a series of bleeps tells you when you are near the set torque.
