We see a lot of sights travelling around the world in the name of car culture, but even we had to stop and admire the sleepy little village of Drift in the remotest Cornwall this month.
Sadly, it’s not the Mecca of all things RWD and knackered tyres, and even makes sure we don’t
confuse it for some sort of Shane Lynch proving ground with a modest speed limit of only 30mph.
That won’t stop us giving it a Fast Car salute for being the best named village in Britain, and we can’t wait
for their to be a BDC finale there. Well, maybe…
