Ken Block Gymkhana 4 Release Date

Ken Block , everyone’s favourite hoonigan has revealed the release date for the long awaited Gymkhana FOUR.

Posting on the Facebook Ken Block page this week he stated:

“I am exhausted, but almost done with filming Gymkhana FOUR, which is coming out August 16th. I traveled the globe for it, and am positive of this: GYM4 > GYM3.”

He also revealed a sneak picture taken from the filming of Gymkhana 4 (see picture 1).

So far news on the stunts and locations in Gymkhana 4 are being kept top secret.

However, there have been sightings of Ken Block’s Fiesta complete with ‘Gymkhana FOUR’ decals (see picture 2) in Brawdy, South Wales in the last month. (See Ken Block Gymkhana FOUR in Wales video).

This leads us to believe that some parts of the new Gymkhana video may have been filmed at RAF Brawdy (now known as Cawdor Barracks) in South Wales.

Also, in an amateur clip posted online that features Ken Block’s Gymkhana car there is a military vehicle present with ‘Army Security Patrol’ on the door (see pictures 3 and 4). And in another clip we’ve sourced there is a soldier standing guard (see picture 5) as Ken Block enters a secret location.

In years gone by the base was used by both the RAF and The Royal Navy, but it is currently occupied by the Royal Signals of the British Army.

We reckon the 60 year old base would be a prime location for some Gymkhana hoonage, you only have to look at an aerial shot (see picture 6) to see its Gymkhana potential.

Whether there is a military theme to Gymkhana FOUR we don’t know, but as soon as we know anymore we’ll let you know.
