This awesome new development is made up of loads of different garage come condos, where buyers buy a unit and then turn it into the garage of their dreams.

The above featured garage comes tooled up with flat screen TVs, a sofa, a chill out room, a kitchen, and even a work bench and some tools. So you if you have time you can even do some work on your car.

There’s even a central club house and bar, so you can meet up with other residential petrol heads and chat motors.

Could this be the petrol heads nirvana? We think so.
