3000 miles, 120 cars, 16 Countries, 8 days. Sound like a good holiday? Bet yer arse it does. The 9th annual Gumball rally will no doubt end in fines, broken cars, and ruined livers, but it's the only way to go.
After much speculation of how Gumball could possibly top this years 'around the world' extravaganza that took place back in May, Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Cooper has today announced the route of the 9th annual event that proves to be an even more ambitious and challenging one than the last. Having secretly worked behind the scenes on making it even more ‘James Bond’, we can now reveal that the 2-007 Gumball Rally will travel from London to Asia and back in just 8 days with a combination of partying, driving, and 'flying' the 3000 mile adventure!
The route will take them from London to Amsterdam, to Germany, where the whole gang gets airlifted to Asia. They then have to find their way back via Istanbul, Athens, Dubrovnik, Bratislava and Berlin, before rolling back into Her Majesty the Queen's London.
This year's line-up includes seven (!) Bugatti Veyrons, and a tasty array of Lambos, Porsches, and other juicy supercars.
