Never put the wrong oil in your ride again
Not got clue what oil to put in your car? Well Castrol have come to the rescue, with a new oil recommendation service that works by using your reg number.
Just simply text your reg number, and hey presto, a picture message of the correct oil will be in your hand. Clever eh?
The service which uses number plate technology to give oil recommendations launched this week, and builds upon the already popular Castrol WAP text service.
To give it a go yourself, just text your registration to 83080*.
* Text 83080 (UK and NI) or 57778 (ROI). Texts are charged at the standard network rate. A WAP enabled phone is required to be able to use this service.
